A day of food and fine wines with friends at the Nick Nairn Cook School.

The Nick Nairn Cook School makes a brilliant day out no matter what your cooking ability (or inability), offering a huge variety of inspiring courses and lots of fun. Nick is delighted to offer this very special experience to a group of up to 24 which has been designed exclusively for The Shoot and can be taken on a Saturday to be agreed within the next 12 months.                                                                                     

Your day will begin at 12 noon when you are welcomed to the Cook School with canapés and champagne (or bacon rolls and champagne if you prefer). Your guests will then make their way to the state of the art kitchen where Nick and executive chef Andrew Dixon will guide you through a delicious two-course menu throughout the afternoon, sharing cheffy tips and celebrity stories along the way. When the kitchen work is complete, you get to relax and enjoy the fruits of your labour in the beautiful surroundings of the dining room.                             

After the dinner you'll be joined by Doug Wood, the charismatic owner of WoodWinter Wine & Whiskies, who will share his knowledge and enthusiasm whilst taking you through a selection of fine wines. There will be lots of opportunity  to chat with Doug as you work your way through one of Nick's infamous cheese boards. As the day draws to a close, taxis will arrive to take you back to Stirling or other central location.
